When I was younger growing up in Newfoundland and Labrador, I always took it for granted ‘Canada is a safe and secure place’ that would be like that forever, as teenage me could never imagine how much the world would change.

But now? I really get it. That’s why I’m so appreciative for everything Canada provides us not just for giving me a great place to grow-up, but for showing me the importance of having a positive relationship with community and nature, which now keeps my family and friends healthy and happy and can give us an even better future. However…

How can one not worry about the future with the direction things are going during these trying times?

That’s why my boys, best bud and I teamed up with manufacturers and distributors across Canada and started the Team Canada Store apparel and merch company – to provide people with an alternative to ordering clothing and accessories from abroad (and support buying local).

ACK! The last thing we want is for your order to get lost in transit, or you be stuck with an item that arrived damaged, misprinted, defective, the wrong item or wrong size. If there are any of these problems with your order – then we will get you fixed up right away in 3 steps:

Step 1) Submit a support ticket using the form on our contact us page.

b) A detailed description of the issue
If applicable to your claim, also include:
c) Photos clearly showing the damage, misprint, defect, wrong item or wrong size

• For packages lost in transit – all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• For damaged, misprinted, defective, the wrong item or wrong size arriving – all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

Step 2) Submissions are reviewed and eligible claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Step 3) Upon approval of your claim, your order will be replaced and rushed out for shipment. If there is no inventory available and we are unable to replace the order, we will provide a full refund back to the original form of payment you used, including shipping.
